Our Story

Our Inspiration:

Our very first comfort item was swaddled around us with love, moments after birth. This same comfort item was with us growing up during Saturday morning cartoons while eating our favorite cereal and during family movie nights as we sat all cozy in our living room. Some of us took it with us on our first day of preschool, for our first overnight, and for sleepovers all throughout our childhood and beyond. We were wrapped in it on cool summer nights as we gazed at stars, watched fireworks, or enjoyed a bonfire. It has been with us through sickness and health.

The beloved blanket is like no other. From those first feelings of being soothed and nurtured to the security, protection, comfort, and relaxation it still provides us today; blankets are essential. Blankets provide intimacy. They foster connection to ourselves and with others; from self-care to sharing & gift-giving. They embrace our emotions and senses to give us the rest we need. 

Our Purpose:

I’m Rachel, the designer and owner of Nature to Nurture. I set out on a mission to create more than just cozy and beautiful blankets—I wanted to offer something meaningful; a comfort item that fosters connection, care, and a soothing touch that's suitable for everyone. Nature to Nurture bamboo blankets are thoughtfully designed in the USA and handcrafted by skilled bamboo textile experts—the very best in the world. Our luxurious, sustainable bamboo blankets are made with care and intention in small batches. Each blanket is then thoughtfully packaged.
